Mix it up!

I've been terribly indulgent as of late and have been going wild with smoothies in the morning.
  1. Throw stuff into blender
  2. Blend on low for 12 seconds
  3. Blend on high for 12 seconds
  4. Blend on low for 12 seconds
  5. Return to step one
This morning's "stuff":
  • Two crusty carrots picked up last night from the "about to rot" pile
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 3/4 c frozen bluebellies
  • Scoop of hemp powder
  • 3/4 c cherry juice
  • 1/2 c rice milk
  • 1 knuckle of ginger
Ugh, these things are dericious.
